By Matthew Frederick
This book should be on the reading list of every architecture school. I only discovered it after I had finished my studies – I wish had known about it sooner. Clearly written and simply illustrated this wonderful little book covers topics ranging from ‘1. How to draw a line’ to ‘101. Architects are late bloomers’ and many invaluable lessons in between. It wasn’t until I re-read the book recently (it doesn’t take long to get through from cover to cover) that I realised how useful it had been in some of the development for the design for 60k House.
